The usual turnaround time is 10 calendar days from the time you ship the cases until you receive them from us. We will process your order and notify you immediately if there are any questions. Occasionally there will be a delay due to shipping or customs
This rarely happens but when it does, remakes are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you would like us to remake a product, please send the original case and lab slip with a new impression and an explanation of the specific problem. If the mistake was made within our lab, we will remake the case at no charge.
We have no minimum number of case or minimum order.
1. USD50 will be added to your bill if you send us cases with small amount (Less than USD800 invoice).
2. The shipping cost from China to your country will be borne by us if invoice amount is more than or equal to USD800.
3. Payment Term: T/T in advance before shipping.
